Our webshop runs on Lightspeed, a leading and trusted provider of e-commerce software. When you place an order on our site, your data is securely stored within Lightspeed’s system.

Mailchimp

The newsletters are sent by Mailchimp. The moment you sign up for the newsletter, your email address and first name are automatically stored in the appropriate list within Mailchimp.

GSuite (Google)

The e-mail of Koningbamboe is hosted by Google. If you contact us via the forms or via mail, the mails will be stored on Google servers.

4. Storage period

Your data will be stored by Koningbamboe for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for the execution of activities, unless we are required by law to keep your data longer.

Processing your order

Koning bamboe has (as all companies in the Netherlands) to do with a legal retention obligation from the tax authorities. This means that Koningbamboe has to keep administrative matters such as purchase and sales invoices for up to 7 years.
