Do you want your order to be delivered quickly? Then choose to order and pick up. Order online, choose the desired time when you want to pick up your order and we will make sure it's ready for you in the store!
In which countries can i have my order delivered?
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium. Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Poland, Luxembourg, Spain, Austria, Sweden and united Kingdom.
What are the shipping cost of my order?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands & Belguim are free
Shipping costs within Europe € 14,95 (free shipping from € 64,95)

What is de felivery time of my order?
Koning Bamboe sends all packages with PostNL or DHL. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
under the following conditions:
Delivery within the Europa 1-4 working days
Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium 1 business day (If you ordered before 23:59)
Can I return my webshop order?
Return costs for the Netherlands and Belgium will be free of charge.
Return cost for Europe is € 14.95.
How do you send a article back?
Log into your account with your email address and password, and select My Orders. Click on your order and select the product(s) you wish to return. You can now choose the reason for return.
What should I do if I have received a damaged product?
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, we would like to hear about it. You have two options in this case:
- Go to one of our physical stores with the damaged product. We will then immediately provide a solution.
- You do not live near a store? Then contact our customer service via email and send a picture of the damage along with it. We assess your situation individually.
