1. Shipping & Delivery Times

We offer a wide range of products, with stock managed across different locations and fulfillment centers. As a result, delivery times may vary by product.

To give you the clearest possible information, the current expected delivery time is shown:

• on the category page;
• on the product page;
• and again in your shopping cart.

The delivery time shown during the ordering process is the most current indication for your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Occasional delays may occur due to factors such as carrier congestion or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

2. Shipping Costs

• Netherlands: free shipping.
• Belgium: free shipping.
• Other European countries: €.9.95, free from €64.95.

The final shipping costs are always shown in your shopping cart before you complete your order.

3. Returns

For most consumer orders, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies. During this period, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

Returns are free from all countries.

Register your return through your account or contact us if you do not have an account. After registering your return, you will, where applicable, receive further return information within 24 hours.

You may inspect and try out a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. Further use may result in a reduction in value.

4. Important Information

• Assembled furniture: returns are assessed in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, assembly or use may result in a reduction in value.
• Custom-made products: products made specifically to your specifications may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. If this applies, we will inform you before purchase.
• Refunds: after receiving your return, we will refund the amount to which you are entitled using the same payment method used for the original purchase, in accordance with applicable law.
