Shipping and returns

1.1 Delivery Estimate
We always show a clear estimated delivery date on the product page, in your shopping cart, and during checkout. This way, you’ll know exactly when to expect your order.

1.2 Shipping Costs

Within the Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping
Within Europe: €14.95 (free shipping on orders over €64.95)

1.3 Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium: Order on weekdays before 22:30 and usually receive your package the next day.
Europe: 1–4 business days, depending on the destination country.
Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

2.1 Return Policy
At Koning Bamboe, we understand that sometimes you may want to return a product. Returns within the Netherlands & Belgium are free of charge.
For returns within Europe, we charge a fee of €14.95.

2.2 How to Return a Product

Log in to your account using your email and password.
No account? Create one using the same email address you used for your order.
Go to My Orders and select the order you’d like to return.
Choose the item and the reason for the return.
Upon approval, you will receive a return label by email within 24 hours.

Received a damaged item?
Please contact us immediately. You have three options:

Register your return through your account – receive a return label within 24 hours.
Visit our store for immediate support.
No account? Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item.

2.3 Depreciation in Value

Please note: you are responsible for any depreciation in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to assess the product as you would in a physical store.

For example:

Has the product been washed, used, or damaged?
Is the original packaging missing or significantly damaged?

In such cases, we may withhold part of the purchase amount from your refund.

We evaluate each return carefully and fairly.

2.4 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount.

At Koning Bamboe, return shipping costs are free and there are no additional charges.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please ensure that the product, along with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, is returned. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning.

To make use of this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will refund the owed amount within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

3.1 Conscious Stock Policy
We deliberately maintain a smaller inventory to reduce waste. As a result, delivery times may be slightly longer in some cases.
