Shipping and returns

1. Shipping Information

We always clearly state the expected delivery time for each product. If it’s longer than 4 working days, the item is ordered directly from our supplier. This helps us keep stock low and reduce waste.

• NL & BE: Orders placed on working days before 22:30 usually arrive the next day.
• Europe: Delivery within 1–4 working days, depending on your country.
• Weekend: Orders placed after Friday 17:00 are shipped on Monday.
• Shipping costs: Free in NL & BE. €14.95 in Europe, free from €64.95.

2. Returns & Cancellation

Returns are always free in the Netherlands & Belgium. For Europe, a €14.95 fee applies.

You have 14 days to reconsider. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product. We refund the full amount after inspection.

Log in to your account, select your order, and provide the reason for return. You’ll receive a return label by email within 24 hours.

3. Return Conditions

• Proper Packaging
  The item must be returned in its original packaging and securely packed to avoid damage during shipment.
• Used Once Only
  Returns must be in a resalable condition. Please test the product at home as you would in a store. Items showing damage or signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be rejected or incur additional costs.
• Unassembled Furniture
  We do not accept returns of assembled furniture, as assembly leaves marks of use.
