Which clothing size should you choose?
Measure your body and compare the results with the brand’s size chart. Use a flexible tape, measure over your underwear and keep the tape comfortably against your body.
How to measure
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Keep your stomach relaxed.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
Clothing size charts
Use these charts as a guide. Always check the sizing information on the product page too: fit and sizing can vary between brands and styles. The circumferences below are body measurements in centimetres.
For tops, compare your chest and waist. For briefs, boxers and trousers, compare your waist and hips.
