Persian Baluchi Carpet - Handmade - 105 x 195cm

With a rich history spanning southeastern Iran, southern Afghanistan and western Pakistan, this carpet embodies the historical heritage tradition of the nomads living dispersed in these regions, with particular origins in the Iranian pilgrimage site of Mashad.

This Baluchi carpet, available in our online store, radiates warmth with its characteristic color patterns in red, brown and dark blue. Made from high-quality wool, it shows the craftsmanship of the Baluch artisans who sometimes also use cotton, goat hair, camel hair and/or silk, giving each carpet a unique character.
